Perhaps you got a bad memory module? Try getting an exchange on the RAM to see if new modules fix the problem.

I took my computer to service and they say that nothing was wrong, I guess it’s just bad luck :S

Does your MacBook have a Core2Duo or i5/i7 processor? If it’s the i5/i7, you might have received a bad memory module and it might be worthwhile to RMA it and swap it for another module to see if it fixes the problem.
